Partner families buy these homes through no-profit, no-interest mortgage loans or other innovative financing options.

The Threshold Incorporated

Another organization close to our owner’s heart is The Threshold Incorporated, a non-profit dedicated to providing community rehabilitation services for children and adults in Washington County, WI and nearby areas. Their mission is to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives by offering services that foster employability, independence, and full inclusion in the community.

Feel The Love Wisconsin

The Feel The Love Wisconsin program, formerly known as Heat U.P. Wisconsin, has been a meaningful project for our owner for many years. This program provides new high-efficiency Lennox furnaces to individuals in need, enhancing both their homes and their lives. As an exclusive Lennox program, participation is limited, and Ron is honored to be one of the select heating contractors chosen. Each project requires 4-6 installers from AAR Plumbing who proudly volunteer their time and materials to make a difference.
